Roubado carregamento com 130 mil cartuchos de munição no RS
Alerta na área da segurança pública. No início da manhã da quinta-feira, um carregamento com cerca de 130 mil cartuchos de munição da marca CBC, sendo quase a totalidade de calibre 40, além de dois rifles e armas de pressão, foi roubado em Portão, na região do Vale do Rio de Sinos. A carga, transportada em seis paletes, está avaliada em cerca de R$ 1,3 milhão. A principal suspeita é de que o ataque contra uma transportadora tenha sido cometido por uma facção criminosa. A Brigada Militar e a Polícia Civil foram mobilizadas na ocorrência.
O ataque ocorreu em torno das 6h. Entre quatro e seis criminosos fortemente armados, com armas longas incluindo fuzis, invadiram a empresa situada na rua do Comércio. No local, dormia o motorista do caminhão Iveco Tector, de cor branca, com placas de São Paulo, onde estava a carga. Ele foi então rendido. A vítima, de 35 anos, relatou que, durante a fuga, os criminosos fizeram entrar no porta-malas de um veículo não identificado. Ele foi levado junto e foi libertado depois na avenida César Antônio Bettanin, ao lado do Parque Estadual de Exposições Assis Brasil, em Esteio. O caminhão apareceu abandonado e vazio mais tarde na zona rural de Viamão.
