Dois homens foram presos com 192 quilos de maconha na manhã do domingo na BR-386, em Montenegro, na Região Metropolitana de Porto Alegre. A Polícia Rodoviária Federal localizou os homens durante uma operação de combate ao tráfico de drogas em armas. A droga estava escondida em um compartimento oculto de um reboque para carga viva onde mais de 280 tabletes de maconha foram encontrados. Os presos, de 51 e 24 anos, já possuem antecedentes criminais por contrabando, receptação e desobediência. Um deles já havia tentado fugir da PRF em 2016, quando foi preso com contrabando de agrotóxicos. A droga, o veículo e os homens foram encaminhados à Polícia Civil de Montenegro.
