Menino de 4 anos corta os pulsos por influência da Momo, no Paraná
A família de um menino de 4 anos suspeita que ele cortou os pulsos com uma faca por influência da Momo. A personagem aparece em meio a vídeos infantis ensinando as crianças a se mutilarem e a cometerem suicídio. O comportamento da criança, que vive em Goioerê, no Paraná, chamou ainda mais atenção quando ela agarrou o pescoço do pai tentando enforcá-lo.
Na tentativa de descobrir o que estava acontecendo, a família começou então a observar os hábitos da criança, chegando à conclusão de que o comportamento poderia ser influência dos vídeos que assistia na internet.
Criada a partir de uma escultura de um artista plástico japonês, a boneca tem olhos esbugalhados, pele pálida e sorriso sinistro. A Momo ficou mundialmente conhecida depois que um vídeo chamado “Desafio Momo” viralizou na internet.
