Fato ocorreu após uma briga no Bairro Jardim América
Na noite de domingo (24), a Polícia Militar de Pinhalzinho prendeu um homem de 30 anos de idade em flagrante, por homicídio, ocorrido no município de Chapecó, no Bairro Jardim América. O indivíduo esfaqueou seu cunhado após uma briga, e em seguida fugiu do local.
O crime teve como vítima um homem de 34 anos, identificado pelas inicias P.R.T natural de Alpestre/RS.
De imediato foi alertado os municípios vizinhos, tendo a guarnição PM de Pinhalzinho logrado êxito na captura do autor, que transitava pela BR 282. Com a autor foi localizado uma faca de cozinha com aproximadamente 20 centímetros de lâmina. O objeto estava sujo de sangue, bem como os pés e as mãos do abordado.
O indivíduo admitiu o homicídio e questionado, disse que tentou se defender de uma agressão. Diante dos fatos foi dado voz de prisão ao agente, o qual foi encaminhado a Central de Flagrantes no município de Chapecó.
