Evandro Wirganovicz é posto em liberdade condicional

Foi concedida liberdade condicional para Evandro Wirganovicsz, sentenciado a nove anos e seis meses de prisão pelo homicídio e ocultação de cadáver de Bernardo Boldrini. O condenado foi solto na noite de segunda-feira, 25. A informação foi prestada pelo advogado Luiz Geraldo Gomes dos Santos, o qual atuou no processo de defesa do acusado.
Em contato com o Fórum de Três Passos, a assessoria da juíza Sucilene Engler Werle – a qual autorizou a liberdade – informou que, no entendimento da magistrada, Evandro cumpriu os requisitos básicos para o benefício. Dentre estes requisitos estão inclusos o objetivo (cumprimento de um terço da pena) e o subjetivo (bom comportamento carcerário).
Para a manutenção da condicional, Evandro precisa comprovar ocupação lícita e não mudar de residência sem autorização judicial. A cada três meses deve comparecer na Comarca de Frederico Westphalen para prestar contas das suas atividades.
