No sábado, 13, o município de Alpestre completa 55 anos de emancipação Político-administrativa, e para comemorar o 55° aniversário, uma programação alusiva já está definida. Entre a programação que já está definida está a hora cívica que ocorre durante a semana de aniversário entre os dias 08 à 12 de abril, com apresentações das escolas na Praça Tancredo Neves, bem como a 27° edição da Rústica de Alpestre que este ano acontecerá no sábado, 13, com início ás 08 horas, com largada em frente à Praça da Prefeitura e reunirá atletas, divididos em categorias por idade e sexo, classificação geral e municipal.

Após a Rústica acontece no Ginásio Municipal o tradicional Costelão de aniversário no valor de R$ 15,00. Os ingressos do Costelão devem ser adquiridos com a Patronagem do CTG Os Sinuelos.Os ingressos para o costelão são subsidiados pelo Poder Executivo Municipal até o limite de 1.200 refeições.
Após o Costelão terá show gratuito com animação do Grupo Estampa Crioula das Missões.
