A Brigada Militar e a Patram Erechim atenderam a ocorrência, os policias fizeram buscas na residencia do homem e localizaram muitos objetos, sem procedência, ferramentas, materiais de construção, aparelhos de som, fios de cobre, além destes objetos, os policiais encontraram na casa do mesmo, Carne de tatu, sete Juquiás que são usadas para caçar tatu, e cascos de tatu.
O homem foi preso em flagrante, todos os abjetos foram apreendidos e encaminhados para a Delegacia de Policia Civil de Erechim para onde será registrada a ocorrência que está em andamento.neste momento.
