Bolsonaro confirma reajuste de 33,24% no piso de professores
O presidente da República, Jair Bolsonaro (PL), confirmou pelas redes sociais nesta quinta-feira um reajuste de 33,24% no piso salarial dos professores da educação básica. Isso eleva o valor mínimo do vencimento de R$ 2.886,24 para R$ 3.845,63, alta maior que os 7,5% negociados pelo governo federal com os estados e municípios.
"É com satisfação que anunciamos para os professores, da educação básica, um reajuste de 33,24% no piso salarial. Esse é o maior aumento já concedido, pelo governo federal, desde o surgimento da Lei do Piso. Mais de 1,7 milhão de professores, dos estados e municípios, que lecionam para mais de 38 milhões de alunos nas escolas públicas serão beneficiados", escreveu o presidente.
Na quarta-feira, Bolsonaro já havia dito que iria conceder o aumento à categoria. "Eu vou seguir a lei. Governadores não querem os 33%, tá? Eu vou dar o máximo que a lei permite, que é próximo disso, ok?", afirmou.
