Na tarde deste domingo (6), a Rede de Proteção de animais de Cruz Alta recebeu o pedido de ajuda para cavalos que estariam baleados no bairro Acelino Flores.Segundo as informações relatadas nas redes sociais da proteção, chegando ao local, foi constatado que os animais foram baleados com disparos de arma de fogo, provavelmente calibre 22, sendo que dois deles vieram à óbito, devido aos vários disparos. A equipe da proteção relata seis disparos em um dos animais. No total três cavalos foram atingidos pelos disparos. Dois deles morreram e o outro foi encaminhado para atendimento de veterinário.
