A taxa de desocupação no Brasil ficou em 11,1% no quarto trimestre de 2021, de acordo com os dados da Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílios Contínua (Pnad Contínua) divulgados nesta quinta-feira pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE). .Em igual período de 2020, o índice estava em 14,2%.
No trimestre encerrado em novembro de 2021, a taxa de desocupação estava em 11,6%. No ano de 2021, a taxa de desemprego média foi de 13,2%.
A renda média real do trabalhador foi de R$ 2.447,00 no trimestre encerrado em dezembro de 2021. O resultado representa queda de 10,7% em relação ao mesmo período do ano anterior. A massa de renda real habitual paga aos ocupados somou R$ 229,394 bilhões no trimestre até dezembro.
