Rússia rejeita decisão da alta corte da ONU que ordena a suspensão da ofensiva na Ucrânia
O Kremlin rejeitou nesta quinta-feira a decisão da Corte Internacional de Justiça (CIJ), a mais alta corte da ONU, que ordenou nesta quarta-feira que a Rússia encerre imediatamente suas operações militares na Ucrânia.
"Não podemos levar essa decisão em consideração", disse o porta-voz do Kremlin, Dmitri Peskov, a repórteres, enfatizando que os dois lados, Rússia e Ucrânia, precisam entrar em acordo para que essa decisão seja aplicada.

O tribunal, com sede em Haia, na Holanda, recebeu um pedido da Ucrânia, cujas autoridades se parabenizaram na quarta-feira por "uma vitória da Justiça e da Ucrânia" após a decisão.
Os veredictos da CIJ são vinculantes e não é possível apelar, mas o tribunal não tem como forçar os envolvidos a respeitá-los.
A Rússia se recusou a comparecer às audiências da CIJ nesse caso, em 8 de março, e, em um documento escrito, negou a jurisdição do tribunal no assunto.
