Um idoso de 63 anos foi preso na noite da última sexta-feira (18) após confessar um duplo homicídio e um feminicídio. Os crimes aconteceram em Capão do Leão, no Sul do Estado.
De acordo com a Polícia Civil, os corpos foram encontrados carbonizados nos escombros de uma residência. Após ser escutado pela segunda vez, o preso assumiu que era o autor dos crimes e entregou um revólver calibre 38, que teria sido utilizado nas três mortes.
No depoimento, o idoso contou que chegou à casa das vítimas para conversar com a ex-mulher. Porém, teria sido recebido a tiros. Para se defender, ele relata que disparou seis vezes contra as três vítimas, sendo a ex-mulher, filha e o genro. O preso não contou quem atirou contra ele, porém negou que tenha causado o incêndio que destruiu a residência e consumiu os corpos das vítimas.
Logo após matar os três, o homem disse que foi para casa. Porém, ele retornou ao local com a suposta intenção de chamar a polícia e se entregar. Mas, o idoso disse que desistiu após ver a casa sendo consumida pelas chamas.
