Caixa reduz juros para financiamento da casa própria
A Caixa Econômica Federal anunciou nesta quinta-feira (24) a redução dos juros para compra da casa própria na modalidade de financiamento habitacional atrelada à poupança. A informação foi divulgada pelo presidente da Caixa Econômica Federal, Pedro Guimarães, durante o evento Summit Abrainc 2022.
De acordo como banco, as novas taxas partem da soma da TR (taxa referencial, atualmente em 0,0605% a.a) + 2,80% a.a., adicionadas à remuneração da poupança. Esse cálculo representa uma queda de 0,15 ponto percentual nos juros. As contratações com as novas taxas começam a valer a partir do dia 28 de março.
Pessoas com deficiência também terão crédito imobiliário com juros reduzidos. A nova linha utiliza recursos do Fundo de Garantia por Tempo de Serviço (FGTS) para reforma e adaptação de imóveis destinados a pessoas com necessidades especiais. Para conseguir financiamento de até R$ 50 mil, limitado a 80% do orçamento da obra, é necessário que a família tenha renda bruta mensal de até R$ 3 mil. O prazo para pagamento é de 240 meses.
De acordo com a Caixa, em janeiro e fevereiro deste ano foram contratados R$ 21,5 bilhões em crédito a pessoas físicas e jurídicas, com recursos do SBPE (Sistema Brasileiro de Poupança e Empréstimo) e FGTS. O crescimento em relação a 2021 foi de 33,7%.
