Foz do Chapecó lança nova edição do programa Vizinho Amigo
Estão abertas as inscrições para a quinta edição do programa Vizinho Amigo, da Foz do Chapecó Energia. O projeto recompensa com prêmios em dinheiro produtores rurais e agricultores familiares lindeiros da usina que realizam ações de conservação da Área de Preservação Permanente (APP) do reservatório. O programa abrange proprietários de terras vizinhas a APP do reservatório em Águas de Chapecó, Caxambu do Sul, Guatambu, Chapecó, Paial e Itá, em Santa Catarina; e Alpestre, Nonoai, Rio dos Índios, Erval Grande, Faxinalzinho e Itatiba do Sul, no Rio Grande do Sul.
As inscrições podem ser feitas até outubro. Após esse período, serão realizadas visitas às propriedades para verificar as informações fornecidas pelos produtores e agricultores durante o período de inscrição. “A APP é fundamental para a qualidade ambiental e para a conservação da biodiversidade. Deve ser protegida”, explica o diretor da empresa, Otávio Luiz Rennó Grilo.
