Encontrado depósito com armas de quadrilha que fez ataque em Guarapuava
Policiais do Departamento Estadual de Investigações Criminais (Deic) de São Paulo descobriram um depósito em um sítio no interior de SP ligado à quadrilha suspeita de atacar o 16ª Batalhão da Polícia Militar de Guarapuava (PR) e uma empresa de transporte de valores.
De acordo com a Polícia Civil, a propriedade em Araçariguama foi descoberta na tarde desta terça-feira (19) e era usada para armazenar armas, coletes à prova de balas e munição. O arsenal estava no sótão da casa principal do sítio, no Jardim Meireles.
Ainda conforme a Deic, a suspeita é que parte do armamento foi usada no ataque ocorrido em Guarapuava, no domingo (17).
Um caseiro estava no local, mas, segundo a polícia, ele não tinha conhecimento do arsenal, que tinha armas de grosso calibre, inclusive, uma metralhadora .50 capaz de derrubar uma aeronave.
Também foram encontrados muita munição, três silenciadores e um conjunto superior de um fuzil. O dono da propriedade não foi localizado. O caseiro foi ouvido e liberado.
