Incêndio atinge prédio e deixa feridos no Centro de Farroupilha
Um incêndio atingiu um prédio que fica no Centro de Farroupilha, na Serra do Rio Grande do Sul, na manhã desta quarta-feira (26). Segundo os bombeiros, uma explosão ocorreu em um dos apartamentos.
Pelo menos 10 pessoas ficaram feridas. A proprietária do apartamento onde ocorreu a explosão teve queimaduras e está sendo transferida para Porto Alegre.
Os demais feridos foram atingidas por escombros, inclusive pedestres que estavam na calçada em frente ao prédio, e encaminhados ao Hospital São Carlos, em Farroupilha. O hospital também recebeu idosos abalados que precisaram de atendimento médico.
O prédio fica na Avenida Independência e, além dos apartamentos, conta com salas comerciais no térreo. Um carro que estava estacionado ao lado do prédio fo atingido por escombros e ficou completamente destruído.
Além dos bombeiros de Farroupilha, o Corpo de Bombeiros de Caxias do Sul também foi acionado para dar apoio no local.
