Grêmio oficializa contratação do goleiro Júlio César
O Grêmio tornou oficial nesta quinta-feira, 03, a contratação do goleiro Júlio César. O jogador havia acertado com o clube ainda na quarta e já esteve na reapresentação do elenco gremista no CT Luiz Carvalho nesta tarde.
Júlio César assinou contrato de dois anos com o Grêmio. O goleiro, de 32 anos, teve seu vínculo com o Fluminense encerrado em 31 de dezembro. Ele estava no clube carioca desde 2014. Formado no Corinthians do Paraná, atuou ainda no Paraná e no Botafogo no futebol brasileiro. Na Europa, jogou em clubes de Portugal e Espanha.
A contratação de Júlio César é uma reposição para a saída de Marcelo Grohe, vendido ao Al-Ittihad, da Arábia Saudita. Ele brigará pela vaga de titular com Paulo Victor.
