Acusado de cometer homicídio em Planalto é preso em Alpestre
Na manhã da última sexta-feira, 04, Agentes da Delegacia de Polícia de Alpestre efetivaram a prisão do indivíduo J.S.O. de 24 anos, contra o qual fora expedido Mandado de Prisão Preventiva, pelo Fórum da Comarca de Planalto.
O preso praticou homicídio no dia 28/10/2018, na ERS 504, cidade de Planalto, vitimando o indivíduo JONAS ADONA, vulgo Café ou Cafezinho, na época com 26 anos de idade.
Apos prestar depoimento na DP Planalto, o indivíduo passou a ameaçar de morte seus familiares, inclusive a companheira, a qual registrou boletim de ocorrência. Nessa mesma ocasião, ele também proferiu ameaças contra vizinhos.
Devido a reiterados crimes de ameaça, e sendo usuário de entorpecentes e também tinha o costume de ingerir bebidas alcoólicas, foi representada por sua prisão, deferida pela Autoridade Judicial.
O preso foi conduzido até o Presídio Estadual de Iraí, onde ficará a disposição da Justiça. As informações são da Polícia Civil.
