Chuva deixa 513 pessoas fora de casa na Fronteira Oeste do RS
A chuva segue causando estragos na Fronteira Oeste do Rio Grande do Sul. Segundo o último boletim da Defesa Civil, divulgado nesta quinta-feira, 513 pessoas - 279 desalojados e 234 desabrigados - tiveram que sair de suas casas devido a danos provocados pelo temporal que atinge o Estado desde a terça-feira.
Conforme o órgão, o número de municípios afetados pelo temporal aumentou de sete para oito com a inclusão de Jaguari nesta quinta. A cidade junta-se a outras danificadas pelo mau tempo como Bagé, Dom Pedrito, Pedro Osório, São Borja, São Francisco de Assis, Uruguaiana e Alegrete.
A situação mais grave ocorre em Alegrete, onde um homem morreu após uma árvore cair sobre sua casa. A cidade também registra o maior número de desalojadas e desabrigadas - 268 e 226 respectivamente. Houve queda de árvores sobre a ERS 377, que liga o município a Manoel Viana, e o rio Ibirapuitã superou cota de transbordamento, e estava com 11m90cm na manhã desta quinta-feira. Na quarta, a prefeitura decretou situação de emergência e registrou, nas últimas 72 horas, 375 mm de precipitação.
