Sobe o número de cidades afetadas pela chuva no RS
Aumentou de 11 para 14 o número de cidades afetadas pela chuva no Rio Grande do Sul. De acordo com a Defesa Civil, Barra do Quaraí, os municípios de Lavras do Sul e Manoel Viana registraram diversos danos em função do mau tempo que assola o
território gaúcho desde o início da semana passada.
Além destas cidades, Alegrete, Bagé, Dom Pedrito, Jaguari, Pedro Osório, Quaraí, Rosário do Sul, São Borja, São Gabriel, São Francisco de Assis e Uruguaiana ainda sofrem com os prejuízos causados por temporais. Destes, nove já decretaram situação de emergência, sendo de São Gabriel o pedido mais recente. A cidade está sem abastecimento de água potável.
A pior situação, contudo, segue sendo de Alegrete, que contou com a elevação do rio Ibirapuitã na noite dessa sexta-feira. O manancial chegou a atingir 13,7 metros, por volta das 23h. Segundo a Defesa Civil, o município também está sem abastecimento de água potável.
Mais de três mil pessoas seguem fora de casa em função das chuvas, sendo 2.030 desalojados e 1.056 desabrigados.
