Ação conjunta fiscaliza bares e pubs em Frederico Westphalen
No começo da noite deste domingo, 27, por volta das 20h30min, representantes do Ministério Público, Brigada Militar, Corpo de Bombeiros, Conselho Tutelar e fiscais da Prefeitira de Frederico Westphalen realizaram mais uma edição da operação rotineira de fiscalização em bares, restaurantes e pubs do município.
Aproximadamente 10 espaços foram fiscalizados durante a ação. Entre os tópicos da fiscalização, estiveram a verificação do alvará de funcionamento, do alvará sanitário, do horário de funcionamento, da emissão de ruídos, da validade dos Planos de Prevenção Contra Incêndio (PPCI) e da presença ou comercialização de bebidas alcoólicas para menores de idade, além do cumprimento de um Termo de Ajustamento de Conduta (TAC).
